Your signature below is your agreement and a waiver of all claims for loss or injury of any kind for any cause whatsoever including negligence of the owner, operator or staff.

1. Our policy on insurance is that you RIDE WITH THESE HORSES AND USE
THE TRAILS AND EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

2. You are riding with horses over wilderness trail conditions featuring wildlife and
rough terrain with logs, branches, rocks, and injuries can occur if the rider is not in control, SO RIDE WITH THESE HORSES AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

3. IMPROPER RIDING TECHNIQUES are also a cause of accidents on horseback,
so ALL RIDERS, RIDE WITH THESE HORSES AT YOUR OWN BISKI!

4. The company and its employees assume no liability or responsibility
for injury whatsoever, so RIDE WITH THESE HORSES AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

5. All riders under 16 years of age must have approval from parent or guardian.

6. I realize that horses and horseback riding can be dangerous.
